- $300 for properties between 2,001-2,500 sq. ft.
- $350 for properties between 2,501-3,000 sq. ft.
- $400 for properties between 3,001-3,500 sq. ft.
- $450 for properties between 3,501-4,000 sq. ft.
- $500 for properties between 4,001-4,500 sq. ft.
- $550 for properties between 4,501-5,000 sq. ft.
- An additional fee of $50 for every additional 500 sq. ft.
We also offer additional services such as:
- $50 for virtual staging
- $50/photo for simulated sunset (photoshopped dusk look)
- $150 for an additional duplex unit
- $130 for aerial (drone) photos
- $50 for all grass photoshop
- $150 for professional headshots
- $50 for weekend fee
- $50 for rush service (same day/early following morning image delivery)
